In an older version of Outlook I was able to have my emails in my inbox
arranged by Category, which I really like as I have all my rules set up to
add categories to emails, and I move them off to folders later.
When I clicked on, say, the sender tab it would sort by sender within the
category, which was great. Now it drops the categories altogether and in
order to see the emails from one sender in one category I have to move them
to a temporary folder and resort.
There must still be a way to do it the way it used to, but it is resisting
all my efforts.
