Want to see rows not common between 2 tables

I am comparing two tables of portfolio names, one for prior quarter and one
for current quarter. I'd like to see which portfolios have dropped out of
the prior quarter's table and which portfolios are new in the current
quarter's table. Is there a simple command to do this? Thanks.
