want to put entire browser and all files on usb drive

I would like to put a browser totally self contained on a USB microdrive so that it can be used on computers without a browser. I do not want it to write any information to the pc's hardrive or alter its registry in any way. I want all settings for users and the program to be on the micro drive as well. Is there a best way to do this? (needs to include ssl and use java)
