Want to purchase the newest version of Access

Hi everybody,
I have Office XP Standard for Students and Teachers and
would like to add Access (either 2002 or 2003). My
question: To qualify for the upgrade price, XP Standard
and XP Standard for Students and Teachers are different
packages, correct? Which means I don't qualify for their
upgrade pricing. Does anyone know where (Amazon, EBay)
and if (compatability issues) I can add Access without
having to upgrade to a whole new version of Office. Thx
in advance,
Jim

I just looked, and there are copies of Office XP Pro and Access 2002 listed
on eBay right now. Because Office 2003 is (just) released, XP Pro or A2002
would be a back version. I alxo saw one copy of Access 2003 upgrade and
several copies of Office 2003 Pro with bids still open and still in a very
modest range.

If you are not in a corporate / enterprise environment, there is little
compelling reason to use A2003 over using A2002.
