Want to password protect one mdb but still access it from another mdb.

I'm pretty inexperienced with access/vb... so bare with me... I've got
two mdb files one with user forms and then another with all the data
PLUS some admin forms... I want to secure the admin/data mdb so no user
accidently gets in there and messes up the data/gives them self
privelages via admin forms.... someone reccommended using a MDW file,
but I don't know what that is, nor if it would work for what I'm
saying... if you need more elaboration, let me know, thanks for the
help!
