I want to get rid of the:

"Do you want to run ActiveX and Plug-ins to run?" pop up
window that comes on on every search I do.

I need help.

What zone is shown in the status bar for the web site(s) that you visit?
Internet zone? Have you checked IE's advanced options to check if you
have Prompt selected for AX controls?
