Want to delete Updates.

Windows Update has tried unsuccessfully to do a update for Office 2003 which
I don't even use. It aborts after several minutes of trying. But, my C drive
is getting bogged down with these updates, each of which is 93 mb. They won't
defrag and they show them to be \Windows\Installer\12B3456.msp. (example) and
I now have 8 of these big files that I need to dispose of. Doing a file
search doesn't find them so I can delete them. Any ideas would be most
appreciated. Thanks...

Go the the online Windows Update site (on the start menu/programs) Use the
Preferences settings to opt out of that update.

Then use the Windos Installer Cleanup Utility to remove the others.
