Please note that I have set windows mail for gmail.com and receiving and
sending is no difficulty.
However whenever dialog box is generated for a mail (picked up from any
excel data) then following message appears.
How to delete earlier sender mail address and introduce new one?
The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's
e-mail address. The sender's e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'.
Subject 'trial'
Server Error: 421
Server Response: 421 4.1.0 Authentication Required - (e-mail address removed) is not a
registered account. Please register at http://www.smtp.com to use this SMTP
(outgoing mail) server.
Server: 'SMTP.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC78
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25

Your issue has nothing to do with the subject title of this thread.
In the future please start your own thread.
The mail server name you are using, SMTP.com, is not correct.
Your mail service provider can give you the correct mail server name.
That information is almost always published on a support page on
their website.
I don't quite follow your problem description. Did you mean you
want to delete that account because you now use Gmail?
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, click Remove.
