want to creat files larger then 4095Mb

I'm using NTFS file format i want to creat AVI files
during video capture. I do not know how to set this up. Is
there a setting in reg or else where that I must set.
Capture is stoping at the 4000Gb size.

Hard to tell for sure, but it sounds like your video capture app is using 32
bit file offsets, and is getting to the limit of those. See if you can get
an update for your app, or if you are writing it, look at what you are using
to hold the current file pointer.
