want to change one word to a different word throughout document

I have a very long document where I need to change the name of a property
that is typed several times, Is there a way to replace the old name with the
new one everywhere it appears without doing each name individually?

You can do this by selecting "Edit", "Find", selecting the "replace" tab and
entering the word or phrase you wish to replace, and filling in the "Find
what" and "Replace with" boxes with the old and new word or phrase.
