Want Outlook to open as maximized window - new message & as attach

My Outlook always opens as a minimized window, so small that you can't see
the space you type the message in. This happens when I open a new email and
when sending a word document as an attachment. I've tried maximizing &
closing to see if the setting remains & also stretching the window to fit the
screen without using the maximize button and still it opens ultra minimized.
Any ideas anyone...all assistance is appreciated.

Try this- open Outlook maximize the window then close Outlook completely.

Next re-open Outlook and click on the restore on the top right corner.

Thank you for your quick response, but unfortunately it didn't solve the
problem. Outlook still opens ultra minimized both as a new message & when
sending a word document as an attachment.
