Want column bar chart with "break" in y-axis

I have column bar chart with one value of 1000, and all
other values below 200. I'd like to "break" the y-axis
(and the large bar) so that it goes from 0-300, then from
800-1100, with those little "squiggly excerpt lines". (No,
I don't think that is the technical name for them!).
Anybody have a suggestion on how to do it?
