Want a form to present unique info based on answer to 1st question

Hi- first, sorry if this is a double-post, the question fields were all
blank first time around and not sure if i hit the right buttin.

I'm creating a form in Word 2003. I'd like it to present the user with
unique information in follow-on questions based on the answer they provide in
the first question.

That is. the first question lets them select SEGMENT "A," "B," or "C" from a
drop down list.

I would like the options they can select in some follow-on questions to
change based on how they answer that first question.

So, if they select "A" from the drop-down list, the choices in the drop down
list for the question "Please select industry:" will be different than if
they'd selected "B" for segment. Ditto for the question "Please select
technology:" The drop-down list will differ based on whether they select "B"
or "C."

I was toying with some "IF" statements to make the drop-down list change
based on that first response but haven't been able to figure it out yet and
not even sure if that's the right approach.

Any assistance anyone can provide would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Rich
