Want a field to store all dates attended

I would like to keep track of dates attended by class attendee's. Ideally I
would enter in a form the date attended, and that would store it in a
database, so on a report I could have a field for "Most current Date
attended"
Any suggestions for at least getting all the dates attended stored ? I'll
post in the appropriate forums for the report and form questions. Thansk
 
If you are saying you want to store who and on which date, wouldn't a table
with those two fields be enough?

You're right, I got got to get out of my Excel mentality when looking at
tables
