Could someone enlighten me on how to save a file
with .VBS extention using a notepad?

Simply clicking File, Save As, and typing Myfile.vbs in the File Name box
works for me. If you're not using Windows 2000, you may get
Myfile.vbs.txt. In that case, type the filename in quotes: "Myfile.vbs".
