"To modify the wallpaper for every new user added to the machine.. and
has the added benefit of showing up during log on:

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop. In the right pane change to
path to Wallpaper."

Can any one tell me why it is that when i change my wallpaper, it is changing
the wallpaper for all users, its only just started doing this??
