No, but I can tell you that many people will either find this annoying and
distracting, or their mail clients will not display it.

You only need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
 
My point was : he wants it on HIS own computer desktop as background.
Whether OTHER people find it annoying or distracting is irrelevant, because
OTHER people will never see it. What " mail client " has anything to do with
it ?

The point is that this newsgroup is dedicated to issues pertaining to
the Windows Mail program. The responders are primed to answer
email-related questions. If the OP meant his desktop wallpaper,
he is obviously posting in the wrong newsgroup.
 
Agreed. Trouble is, some may not know where to turn to.( I, myself, do not
know where ). Let's direct them to proper forum.
