wallpaper disapearence

Hello!

When I save a picture ( say from the internet) and save
it as my wallpaper, when I log off, or reboot the machine,
the desktop wallpaper will be gone. I will have to go
back through display, and re-add it. Any help?

Try setting your wallpaper to blank, rebooting the machine, then setting the
wallpaper you would like to use.
