wallpaper changes

i have XP sp1. a user reports that she sets her wallpaper, and after the
computer idles or goes into standby mode, when she returns her wallpaper
changes to something else.

no matter what she changes her wallpaper to or her screensaver, it always
reverts to the same wallpaper.

how to fix?

More info needed. If this is happening in a work related environment, this
is common.

she doesn't have webshots or another app that will automatically change the
wallpaper...

Are you in charge of making these changes, if not have you asked the one
responsible? Are your systems at the liberty of the user?
