"Wait cursor" does not rotate

Hi all,

We just move our application from pda machine inside to SD card for
saving memory. Then we encounter a problem that when calling webservice
for transferring data from SQL Server to pda machine, our wait cursor
does not rotate even its shape in circle.
Could anyone find the solution?
