Dioris Morales

Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been with this problem since 3 days ago. I call the
first day and they told me that they are working on
that. Then, the second day the same , I called yesterday
and they gave me a CASE ID # SRX030814608357 and the
customer service representative told me that he is going
to transfer the phone call to support.

I was since yesterday trying to reach this people and
every time that I called I wait like one or two hours on
the phone.

I understand that you have a lot of volume phone calls,
but PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need to some one
call me or tell me what else I could do as soon as
posible to resolve this problem.

I apologize any inconvenience that this letter could
cause to you, and I'm going to be waiting soon for your
answer.

Any question please call me at 407-344-4357.

Thanks,

Mrs.Morales
