w32time setup to ntp server

I have tried an dtried to get the w2k pdc to go thru the ISA2k server and the
pix firewall to grab time from an exteranl source. I set a destination set
in ISA and opened the port on the firewall. I still get NTP server did not
respond in the Event Viewer.

In the meantime, the other DC keeps getting the message: Attempt to set
date prior to 1995 aborted.

Id ont necessarily have to have the PDC go out to an external clock. I
could just rely on its own internal clock albeit somewhat accurate. How can
I get these machines back on track? What registry settings do I need to add
or delete?
