W32.Spybot.worm removal

We are trying to get rid of the W32.Spybot worm from our
system and have done everything that Symantec has told us
to do - Disable System Restore, Update Definitions and
even Delete Values added to Registry (Which we couldn't
find that referred to the Worm). Is there something that
we are not doing right?
