W32/Sdbot.worm.gen.i ------------Help please

I would appreciate some help from a clever person, I keep running
"Stinger.EXE" and it gives the following message

C:\WINNT\system32\TFTP1832

Found the W32/Sdbot.worm.gen.i virus !!!

C:\WINNT\system32\TFTP1832 has been deleted.

but next time I reboot it finds it all over again, any idea why I keep
getting infected, I'm using NOD32, Zone Alarm pro on windows 2000

hi,
deactivate the system restore and reboot in save mode and then run stinger
again. afer reboot and do a full system scan with ur updated antivirus..
