W2KSP4 CD is corrupt - I'm lost so who do I call ?

The W2KSP4.exe fails extraction (on the W2KSP4 CD disk that
I bought and recieved in the mail)- could someone point me
in the right direction to get this resolved. I've looked
all over the MS site to no avail and the CD packaging
provides no clues.
I'd appreciate any help, drop me a clue via rbmacn at
alltel dot net.
