W2K Domain Controller

We have a W2K domain running in native mode. We have 3 DC
on different subnets running AD. When a user logs on they
do not always get the DC on their subnet. How can we
force the users to log onto the DC on their subnet?
 
You need to establish an AD Site per subnet. Once you do that, clients
will prefer the "local" DC in their Site. I suggest checking out the
built-in help and searching www.microsoft.com/technet for details.
