W2003 Monitor Conflict

We are getting a black screen and can not boot into a machine
configured with W2003 SE. The same machine will boot when
using a different monitor.

Any information regarding where to find information regarding
how to resolve this issue? New drivers? What?

I can't believe Microsoft has no 2003 newsgroups set up and I've
been to the Hardware Compatibility List which does not list any
Windows 2003 products.

You can boot in safe mode and set the resolution/ refresh rate to values the
monitor is capable of.

Microsoft is moving away from the version specific newsgroups so you'll find
them as
public.windows.server.*
