W2000 advanced serve sp2r cluster resource disk problem with client xp prof

As the object say, in my net sometime i've problem with client xp to make
operation with file in cluster resource the same step with w2000 pro or w98
not have problem.
My configuration is active\passive and i see that if i use the netbios name
of active machine instead of the name of cluster resource the same step goes
good.
Can anyone have some suggestion?

I read in microsoft support that problem may be enabled cache in folder
documents? May be this?
