VSTO: Where on the user's disk are the Add-in's User Settings stored?

I am testing an add-in but need to reset some user settings that we normally
persist through installs (so we can install add-in updates without losing
the user's preferences).

Where are these settings stored so I can manually go and delete that
persistent data?
