Exclude bin from project

and try add the solution again

I didn't go back and test this, but I seem to recall that if you
compile your program first, then this does not happen. There was some
quirk like that...

OK, what I did so far was to 'destroy' the bin folder from VSS. Then
check the solution in, now it seems to be OK. I'll let you all know if
it resurfaces...
