VSOT & Excel Menus

Hello, I am using VSOT with Excel. I have modified the default Excel Menu to
include a custom menu item - however when I add this item it is added as the
last item (after &Help). Is it possible to place custom menu items anywhere
on the standard xlMenu bar? ie before &File?
