VS.NET-like UI-framework?

Hi all,

does anyone of you know of a free (possibly OSS) implementation of a
VisualStudio.NET-like UI-framework (dockable/floating sidebars using
tabs etc.)?

Actually, SharpDevelop uses the DockpanelSuite mentioned earlier for its
docking functionality.
