vs .net display

I used to have an explanation of a given property beneath the properties
window in vs .net, but it seems to have disappeared. What tool/window
option will show this?

Nevermind - it just returned, as mysteriously as it disappeared!

Maybe it has only changed its size (on my computer, it often resizes to
a small horizintal "line" at the bottom of the property grid.

I think that is what happened.

On my system it always occurs ofter doing some work. Really annoying.
