VS Can't find VB.Net compiler after installing new .Net Framework

Hi all

I installed the new .Net Framwork and (removed the old (which came with VS
Enterprise 2002)) and now When I try load projects VS tells me ..
"Cannot find DotNet Framework Directory: System Error &H80131700&"

?????????
What do I need to do, ..registry or ????

You have two problems. One, there is no need to remove 1.0 of the
framework, they are designed to be installed next to each other. Two,
VS2002 does not support the 1.1 version of the framework. You need to
upgrade to 2003 ($30 upgrade I think)
