VS 2005 IDE getting closed Automatically

Hi,

I'm facing a very peculiar problem. When i open VS 2005 IDE,
immediately within 1 min, entire IDE is getting closed automatically.
This is happening when i'm connected to internet. This is not
happening if i disconnect from internet. Does anyone, know the exact
cause for this problem and also the solution ??
