VPN vs Wireless

Hi

Need to know if i have a pc connected at work via a network cable
that
has the ip address of the ADSL external network i have installed
rather than our ip address of or network at work. When i am connected
to the ADSL my internet is very fast but i cant get onto our network
obviously because its an external network therefore i use VPN to get
onto our network. WHat if i connect wireless to a wireless router
thats on our network,
what happens? I noticed that
wireless when connected, automatically disconnects my VPN. Does
wireless take preference over VPN? Please can someone shine some
light
on this as its driving me crazy.

I think it would be helpful if you understood how IP works. Here is a

Then a simple answer, no. You can have wireless networking and use a
VPN with it, no conflicts should occur.
