VPN Settings

hi

I posted a question on here earlier about saving VPN
settings when logging off of a computer. The solution
that was provided did work, but I guess my question is, is
there any way to save the settings when you shut the
computer off? When you restart the PC the dns and wins
disappear like before, but if you just log off they will
stay. PLease Help

There is no way to save these settings unless you statically enter them in the properties of the DUN connection.

These values are part of the negotiation that takes place when the
connection is set up. There is no point in saving them. What would happen if
the settings at the remote site changed?

As Michael said, you can always set them manually at the client rather
than accepting the values the server offers.
