Is thete a safe way to enable routing and remote access for VPN connections
on a w2k DC without it screwing up DNS and AD for the LAN?

Can anyone explain to me the PublishAddress value in more details, is it the
internal LAN or internal RAS, in other words lets say that my internal LAN
interface ip is 192.168.0.254 and the internal RAS interface ip is
192.168.0.210 which mean that VPN clients talk to 192.168.0.210, which ip
should I publish with above value?

You want to publish your LAN IP as the address of your server. You want
all clients to use this address for the IP address of your server, not the
"virtual" IP.
