VPN keeps shutting down

I have a problem with my VPN connection. When I connect it will shut down
after 3 min. I then have to recconnect. Is there a way to make the connection
stay up as long as I wan't to?

Hi

Thank you for the answer. The problem is that none of the salutions work.
Any other idea on how to solve the problem.

A bit more info. I also have a computer running Vista an there I have no
problem. The vpn connections stay up for ever.
