VPN Connection.

Hi,
I cannot create a VPN connection using 'Make New Connection' in the
'Network and Dial-up connections' thing.

I get as far as the screen where is asks "Type the name you want to use
for this connection'.

Now I have a new icon in the control panel applet, but it has a red 'X'
through it. I can't find where to enter the username and password, and
the 'Connect' menu on the context menu is disabled.

What am I missing?

All of the tutorials I read say that after the step mentioned above I
should get a dialog box where I type in the username and password! But,
I don't get that.


Any help appreciated.
