I wanted to setup a VPN connection to VPN server from my
m/c. Account setup etc things are done and username/pwd
have been allocated to me. When I create VPN connection,
supply user/pwd and domain name I get following error
message.
"Your credentails have failed remote network
authentication. Enter username password with access to the
remote network domain"

The security log in event viewer shows,
***************************************
IKE security association negotiation failed.
Mode:
Key Exchange Mode (Main Mode)

Filter:
Source IP Address xxx.xxx.x.xx
Source IP Address Mask 255.255.255.255
Destination IP Address xx.xxx.xx.xxx
Destination IP Address Mask 255.255.255.255
Protocol 0
Source Port 0
Destination Port 0

Failure Point:
Me

Failure Reason:
No response from peer
***********************************
I have intentionally replaced actual ip addresses with "x"

Can anybody assist?
