VPN 619 error.

I have 2 PC's. One works the other get 619 errors when connecting.

PC1 XP Home fails , PC2 Vista Work just fine.

I have changed all settings to see if anything helps. Google search has
nothing but others with the same problem and no solutions.

Both computers are connecting from the same network.
 
In most cases, VPN error 619 is security settings issue. Since Vista work
but XP, it could be MS-CHAPv2 issue. Fro troubleshooting, you may want to
check the MS-CHAPv#. Or these links may help.
