Voting Buttons

Hi - is it possible to have the Voting buttons coming up as actual buttons in
Outlook 2007 when a mail is received so that the recipient can click a button
for Yes, No or Maybe instead of clicking the dropdown arrow for Voting
buttons and then clicking Yes, No Maybe....
