voting buttons

I'm using outlook express 6 and want to create voting buttons for an email
but it doesn't give me the option to do it.The help says go to option and
click on the relavent bit but my outlook express doesn't give me options
within the mail. Am I using an out of date outlook.Please help

Your best bet is to ask in a newsgroup that supports Outlook Express. OE is
part of Internet Explorer, not Microsoft Office (and Outlook) that this
newsgroup supports.

Outlook Express does not support voting buttons. THat's an Outlook feature.
