voting buttons

In lotus notes you could set up "radio buttons" in an email that could say
anything and the response could be directed back to the sender. They looked
exactly like "Yes, No, I Don't Know" 3D buttons in the Microsoft Help, but
when you use the Voting Buttons option in Outlook, it only places the comment
at the top of the email below the tool bar. I want the buttons to appear
within the email. Can this be done in Outlook?

Users can drag their voting buttons into the text of their received email.
It will (according to one of my clients anyway) stay like that for all
subsequent voting buttons they receive. You can't make it send like that.

I recommend you just type in each email with voting buttons:

PLEASE use the voting buttons!!!

That method works well.
