Voting Buttons at remote site

I am a vendor for a large company and am currently sending shipping reports to each user (almost 500 different people) when they place an order. The CEO of that company has asked if it is at all possible for voting buttons to be appended to these emails when I send them in, since they are on an Exchange server. I know that I cannot do it remotely but didn't know if there was a programatic way that they could set up that would automatically add these to any email coming in, say, from a specific email address? Their goal here is to for them to "accept" or "reject" every shipping report and have that automatically sent to their purchasing manager.
