Voting and Distribution Lists

Hi
Am I correct in understanding that you cannot sent an email to a
distribution list when you are using the Voting option if you want the
Tracking option to work. We tried this when inserting individual addresses
and the tracking worked but using a distribution list does not bring back the
stats.
Any ideas?

Is this an internal (all people reside in the same exchange organization) or
an external distributionlist? As long as it is internal it should work.

All recipients are on our domain using the same exchange server. Some are
remote workers using dial-up or broadband but they will have responded using
our email system.
