Voteing form!

When useing the voting buttons on Outlook, I can not seem to be able to
select More than one button When Providing several chocies,

How can I accomplish on line voting thgourh outlook with out having to use
an attachment.

The voting buttons do not allow for more than one choice.

A voting button message can ask only one question. If you need to ask multiple questions, then you'd need a form designed to do that. The exact solution depends in large part on your mail environment and Outlook version.
