The simple way to do this is to create a Front Page Form
(see help for Form), have it send you an email and you
update the web page that shows the results.
The next approach would involve the use of a database
(see Help for Database wizards). This would "automate"
the process for you.
You don't state whether or not your site's host provides
Front Page Server Extensions but this would be required
for both of the approaches described above.
