Volume licensing issue with XP

Hi I have been using Windows XP Volume license and product key for the last 2
years, I image one pc using sysprep the it’s ghosted onto other pc of the
same make and model, when we get a new model the process starts again. I been
building pc’s and laptop for 6 years and have never had a problem. Till now,
some of are pc’s are popping up with this is not a genuine copy of windows.
How can this be when I’m using a Microsoft vol licence of XP and vol licence
OEM number. I put out over 300 pc’s with this image and so far only 4 have
popped up with this problem.
How do I get round this as I could have potential 300 pc’s popping up with
not a genuine copy when it is?

1) Please locate the data.dat file from C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Applicaiton Data\Windows Genuine Advantage\data

2) Delete the data.dat file from C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Windows Genuine Advantage\data (The drive
letter will depend on where the OS was installed)

3) Revisit http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/downloads/validate.aspx to confirm that the machine is now genuine.

4) Run wgatray.exe /b from the command line to ensure that the latest validation is updated for WGA Notifications. This command may
not be present on the user’s machine and should not be considered an error if it is not. Please ensure that this is run as an
Administrator. A reboot may be required to remove all non-genuine notifications.
